Prepare to sing and laugh-out-loud when STAR WORLD premieres an exciting new musical comedy, Glee. This critically-acclaimed series focuses on young, optimistic high school teacher Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), who volunteers to take on the harrowing task of bringing McKinley High’s Glee Club back to its former glory and take on the biggest competition of them all: Nationals.
But this is no easy task as the Glee Club is home to a group of social outcasts and middling performers: nerdy soprano Kurt (Chris Colfer), diva-wannabe Mercedes (Amber Riley), geeky guitarist Arty (Kevin McHale) and the awkward, stuttering Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz). With two real talents in his sights - perfectionist Rachel (Lea Michele) and popular high school quarterback Finn (Cory Monteith) - the club has a glimmer of hope. Determined to inspire the group, Will and fellow teacher Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays) do whatever they can to prove all naysayers wrong and make the show choir great once again.
